Design ideas for new wet mill.

Hi Folks,
The growers we work with in Bali are looking at setting up a new wet mill facility. At the moment its a clean slate and I'm hoping to make sure the design and implementation is really well thought out and executed. A safe and efficient facility will really help them with their quality initiatives. Labor and materials are relatively cheap, equipment (eg pulpers) are expensive. If anyone can direct me too some ideal wet mill layouts or has any suggestions it would me much appreciated.
in terms of pulpers does anyone have any recommendations?
